We do not offer individual appointments at this time, and require a minimum of 5 chains to be purchased at each gathering.

For upcoming public pop-ups, you can schedule a 15-minute appointment by clicking the button below. Walk-ins are welcome and accommodated around scheduled appointments.

This truth is the heart behind Halo Linked, created to reflect intentional design, meaningful connection, and lasting commitment.I’m a daughter, wife, mom, and maker born and raised in Mandan, North Dakota. Permanent jewelry is designed to be fail-safe, releasing under tension for your safety. If your piece breaks, please keep the chain—we’re happy to reweld it at no cost. This does not apply to lost chains, missing segments, intentional removal, or third party alterations.
While broken chains are not eligible for refunds, we’re always glad to help restore your jewelry so it can continue to be worn and enjoyed. Please contact us to schedule a time to reweld or find us at one of our next events!How do I remove my jewelry if needed?
If your jewelry ever needs to be removed—such as for medical imaging or personal reasons—it can be gently snipped with a scissors or wire cutter. When you’re ready, simply contact us to schedule a re-weld and have your piece restored with ease.Will you re-weld a chain for me that was purchased from another vendor?
Of course- we would love to help you restore your permanent jewelry pieces. For jewelry not purchased from Halo Linked, we simply charge $10 for re-welds.

We understand that we may be providing services at events where substances are being consumed. To receive a permanent jewelry item, the client must be able to provide consent and follow safety guidelines. Halo Linked Permanent Jewelry, LCC has the right to refuse service to ensure safety.
